Where Flowers Become Art

I've spent fifteen years working with flowers, and honestly, I never expected to be teaching others. But when you see someone's eyes light up as they create their first professional arrangement, you understand why this matters so much.

Start Your Journey

Why I Started Teaching

Three years ago, Parvan walked into my shop asking if I could teach her daughter some basic arrangement skills. What started as a simple favor became something unexpected – watching someone discover their creative voice through flowers.

That's when I realized something important. The technical skills matter, sure – understanding stem structure, color theory, seasonal availability. But what really makes floristry special is how it connects you to something bigger than yourself.

"Every flower has its own personality. My job is helping you listen to what they're trying to say."

Now I work with small groups of students who want to go beyond YouTube tutorials and Pinterest boards. Real hands-on experience with professional techniques, quality materials, and honest feedback that actually helps you grow.

We're not chasing Instagram perfection here. We're building genuine skills that let you create something meaningful with your own hands.

Three Paths Forward

Each workshop series builds on different foundations. Choose the one that matches where you want to go.

Fundamentals

Six sessions covering essential techniques, tool usage, and design principles. Perfect if you're starting fresh or want to strengthen your foundation skills.

Seasonal Design

Eight-week intensive exploring how different seasons shape your approach. We work with actual seasonal availability and learn to adapt designs accordingly.

Professional Methods

Advanced twelve-session program for serious students. Covers complex arrangements, client consultation, and commercial techniques used in professional settings.

How We Actually Work Together

1

Real Conversation First

We start with an honest discussion about what you're hoping to achieve. Not everyone needs the same approach, and I'd rather match you with the right program than sell you something that won't serve your goals.

2

Hands-On From Day One

Each session includes actual practice time with professional-grade materials. You'll work with fresh flowers, proper tools, and learn techniques by doing them repeatedly until they feel natural.

3

Individual Feedback

Small group sizes mean I can give you specific guidance on your work. We identify what's working, what needs adjustment, and practical steps to improve your technique.

4

Building Your Style

By the end of our time together, you'll understand not just how to follow instructions, but how to make creative decisions that reflect your own aesthetic preferences and technical capabilities.

Leyla doesn't just teach you techniques – she helps you understand why certain approaches work better than others. After her fundamentals course, I finally felt confident creating arrangements for my own events instead of always hiring someone else.
